May 22,2020SnugsPro with Sony WF-1000XM. I was very enthusiastic when ordering. Intention was to get a good fit for the inears, which otherwise are not staying in my ears. Running was not even a option. I purchased the Sony headphones because of their outstanding sound quality and they did not disappoint. But with the first Snugs - this was lost! Dynamics were gone. It was just not fun to listen. I expected an improvement in sound-quality because of the tight fit but this was just not the case with the first ones. Customer service was excellent. They got to the root of the problem and I got a replacement which works like expected -the fit got better (inserting the inears into the snugs) and the sound improved. I have no problems attaching them or getting out. They also stay during sports. The lackluster colours on the delivered items have very little to do with the impressions the website wants to give. Silicone is just not so bright and shiny. Ordering and delivery were flawless.

I got custom molded in-ear headphones with them for professional work as I work in the music industry and one of the tips didn't fit properly they replaced it sent another one really clear communication throughout. And then went back and got earplugs for live music and these again fit perfectly. Great experience overall.

May 21,2020This is my 3rd pair of snugs (have Bose power sport, beats powerbeats pro and AirPods Pro) now can’t do without my custom pros for any earphones I have or get. Great product and customer service on point. Costs me a clean fortune of course but couldn’t do without now.

May 18,2020I love Snugs I bought my first pair of Snugs in December 2017 which were still going strong until i lost them, together with the second pair for Wireless Headphones I bought in 2019.... so incredibly annoying....! So i have just purchased 2 new sets, one for wired and one for wireless headphones... they are a necessity I wont lie - they do take a little getting used to.... but it is very worth it. The initial reason i bought the Snugs was because i could not find a pair of headphones that would stay in my ears when i exercise. I went through so many headphones claiming that they would stay in, but none ever would. The Snugs were a game changer, when running, cycling or in the gym, they would never fall out and the Noise Reduction is fantastic. My Son also has a set of Snugs Go - and he is chuffed with them.

May 14,2020The best head phones ever -thanks so much these are game changing and life changing for me :) This must be my 3rd or 4th pair (I just like to upgrade to new versions ) they fit amazing and stay in place Throughout ! No other Head phones can provide such a secure fit But snugs is perfect! I’ve got the original onces with wires I customised them so they are special to me /I also have wireless and now iPod next -the one will be the buds and o can’t wait to try them ! I had no issues with any of them just like to upgrade To newer styles and technology! Snugs are the forefront of earphone innovation! On the service side I couldn’t be happier to be honest :- Amazing service from all the team ! Even during this awful Covid crisis the team was there to help and postage was fast !! They are bunch of helpful /friendly and super nice team always get back to you and help you during and after the purchase if needed ! May 07,2020I’ve bought two sets of snugs in the last two or so years. The first pair were absolutely great, fitted perfectly and I think slightly improved the sound on my BeatsX. I then bought a pair of AirPods Pro and ordered some snugs for these too. The fit was fine but the sound quality when being used with snugs is absolutely terrible. Maybe something to do with how airpods are calibrated with its own tips? Either way, the sound is horribly tinny and weird when paired with snugs which I was not expecting, especially as snugs released a blog post about how great they are paired together. Either there’s something wrong with my snugs, or the writer was telling porkies. I emailed snugs about this 2 months ago and didn’t get a reply. Not what you’d expect for a returning customer on what is quite a niche and pricey product. Disappointed.

If I have a query I will get a response straight away, and sometimes a chain of responses. They really do care about their customers and helping them and clarifying if needs me. Excellent job.

Apr 23,2020I've been a customer of Snugs since 2017 when I got my first pair of custom-fitted Shure SE215's from Snugs. Being based offshore Snugs assisted in finding a local audiologist who could create the molds and after sending them back I soon had my new custom fitted earphones. Like many people I took a little time to adjust to them, my first time putting them in I hated them and thought I had made a huge mistake! However, I kept going and within a day or two I had adjusted to the new headphones and knew there was no going back. My original pair of Snugs and earphones are still going strong several years later and look like they will last years to come. I recently purchased a secondary pair of Shure SE215s and the only choice was to get a second pair of Snugs made up, Despite lockdown, using my files on record my new Snugs were delivered within 2 weeks, which is great considering where I live. Dealing with customer service on my first order was great and they couldn’t do enough to help me. I’ll never want to go to a standard fitting earphones again.

Apr 22,2020I bought a pair of Apple ear phones that did not stay in my ear, so I purchase a pair of moulded ear pieces that the ear phones fit into. They are brilliant and have turned a potential waste of money into something I can use in the gym and on my bicycle without fear of losing the ear phones.

Apr 22,2020Present bought for me, by my wife. what can I say, the final piece of the puzzle in terms of audio quality for my Shure SE846's. The end product in terms of sound isolation and comfort is just excellent, they fit really well, are super comfy and I couldn't be happier. from getting my molds done locally by an audiologist, to getting the snugs back, took no more than a week, and this was just at the start of Covid 19 outbreak too, (before all businesses closed), but the molds were completed under lockdown. overall, I just can't fault any aspect of service, they're brilliant, and it's a great product which will serve me for many years to come.

Crows in the neighbouring woods or my husband's snoring meant I couldn't get to sleep or was frequently woken. No longer! Snugs Zen are superb and for the last month I have slept better than for years. Thank you Snugs!

Mar 28,2020Thank goodness this company stepped into the breach to supply these custom moulded sleeves for my earphones. I've been using chain mould sleeves for some years now and wouldn't want to return to anything else, but I lost one of my pair and the other suppliers were no longer able to provide them. Thankfully, Snugs decided to supply them directly to customers such as me. Not only was rhs service provided friendly, helpful and generally excellent, with ear impressions included to make the process easier, but the product is considerably superior to my previous ones and they keep the impressions so that re- ordering is easy. Also, I am fairly sure they are able to supply a single sleeve in the event you lose one, as I did, rather than having to buy another pair. The previous supplier only sold a pair, and you had to get fresh impressions. Highly recommended
