Sep 21,2021Really excellent experience! The customer service team went above and beyond to make sure I wasn’t paying any unnecessary shipping fees with my complicated order! I had a lot of last minute changes to make and the team were very flexible! 10/10 across the board!

Sep 10,2021Really easy to deal with and kept in touch with regular updates. We needed 6 different kits so with the many requirements, I was expecting it to be complicated. However, Ryan and Ian were fantastic and a real pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend Soccer Direct FC!

Sep 03,2021After many calls and queries at other vendors who would not commit to a timeline or help much in terms of the order, I came across Soccer Direct FC. My contact there, Ryan, deserves all the praise as he calmly led me through the process and provided me with a fantastic customer experience. He was responsive, friendly, and allayed any concerns I had. The kits arrived way ahead of schedule and they look absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend Soccer Direct FC for any team kit needs

Was an absolute pleasure to work with, and guided me through the process of ordering a full custom kit for our company. And the final product is amazing! Couldn't recommend them enough. Already thinking about the design for the away kit! haha

Nov 24,2020We originally ordered a kit x15 shirts with two club sponsors and a club crest, the customer service, and communication was excellent, we had the full kit within 15 days of ordering. Due to the excellent customer service, we organised reprinting of our away kit, and yet again the lads at SDFC went the extra mile and have turned this around within a few days. We have been waiting for seven-weeks from another company for a personalised kit bag, and the lads at SDFC have printed two full kits in less than a month!

Oct 01,2020Ordered one of Soccer Direct FC's kit packages and received 15 shirts, shorts and socks brand spanking new with crisp numbers on the back. Added to this, we asked for a logo design to be printed on the shirt and got exactly what we wished for. The reason I'm giving five stars on this review is because Soccer Direct FC contacted me by email very shortly after I placed the order in order to confirm exactly how we wanted the logo and to reassure me how long the timeframe would be and that he would contact me back if they could get it any sooner. We expected the delivery in around 14 days - but actually got it on day 9. Brilliant service, great personalisation and amazing detail/delivery.

You cannot beat the pricing and they ship overseas as well ( something most websites don’t offer [at an affordable rate atleast] ). As our organization grows I will keep coming back. They customized our logo as well. 5 STARS

Jan 20,2020I have made multiple purchases for my football club with Ryan at Soccer Direct. They are simply the best in the business! Speedy delivery of products, great quality of all personalisation of products and offer the best prices on the market. They also have fantastic after sales service, at one point we had an issue where we stained our football kits, Ian at soccer direct assisted us in guiding us through a process to remove the stains with a specific cleaning product, this worked wonders and had our kit looking brand new. I would not hesitate to recommend soccer direct to anyone, 10/10 service and I am sure I will be returning next season for our new kits!!!
