Apr 28,2023My account was taken down due to a cluster info hack from a website which gave out the password. My FB was compromised and the instagram account which was my business account was overtaken by hackers! When I refused to pay out the ransom they started free hosting porn videos through my FB which then Facebook suspended my Instagram and FB ID for violating community guidelines. After 2 weeks of appeals and emails without progress I came across SME.UK. It took them 37 days but they got it back and account was activated as it is just like that!
