Nov 01,2019Customer support is horrible. I signed up for the 7 day trial and I could't activate the code I was sent after several attempts, so I contacted customer support, they ask for WP access to activate...I gave it and still no activation after attempting several activation codes. I gave up and deleted the plugin. Then after a few days of deleting it, received an email that the reason they couldn’t activate the codes was because ioncube loader was not enable on my site and I should contact my hosting company. Contacted my hosting company and ioncube is not only loaded and enable but it’s standard with my hosting package. After 2 weeks of back and forth we were able to activate the trial Only to find out that the plugin deletes pictures on my website, so I had to keep uploading my pictures and it doesn’t work on Instagram the biggest media platform we use for advertising. Here is what I received from Socialrabbit Hello. Many Instagram clients faced the challenge worldwide. I hope, they will solve this bug soon. Unfortunately we can't help with this errors, it is Instagram bug, we should wair 1-2 days. Don’t recommend.

Sep 09,2019Social Rabbit has many great features but one of them is just awesome IMHO. I am telling about the Shoutout tool on Instagram. This tool helps to reach out owners of other Instagram accounts related to my business and make arrangements for mutual promotion. You absolutely should try it!

Mar 24,2019Frankly speaking, I don’t believe that this plugin is a really great solution for my business. But I have little time to sort out all about social media. So, $69 isn’t such a big money for me, I bought and was pleased with the rabbit. Service, product and support team are excellent.

At first, I had some difficulties with its setup. But, you know, their support team is just the best I have ever contacted with! Mar 05,2019Tried it as a 7 day trial and found it mostly useful. Planners and posters with all social services worked normally while some features doesn't. As example Instagram Mutual Promotion will give you stupid likes and non-relevant followers with no any reactions and sales as a result. Another Instagram feature called Promoter liked and followed another accounts in first 3 days but all last days only do is unfollow it all :) Twitter showed show in Overview section spam only like a "Unsupported Media Type". So you can use it as a limited day-time posting planner. But in my opinion price for it too high.

But then we bought and set up Social Rabbit. I still can’t believe that more than 30 hours are free now. I and my colleagues spend more time on planning and analyzing our work and goals. Apr 18,2018I emailed their customer support and received no reply whatsoever. I tried contacting them through Facebook and still no reply. Once they have taken your money, don't expect them to provide you with any support for their product. These guys have a lot to learn about customer service.

Jun 18,2017Well ordered plugin days ago never got plugin key emailed to me first or last All they did was take my money which bank confirmed Does not look good days of Skype messages and emails go unanswered But yeah they got my money Make your own assumptions but it does not look good on there part They corresponded with me while trying to urge me to purchase it but now that I have they never sent me the product key and they will not reply to my emails and Skype messages At least I got a nice thank you page after I paid thanking me for my purchase What does this smell like to you Scam or not Days of no contact by a professional company is if nothing but odd. Share your thoughts and opinions. You can sense my opinion.

May 30,2016I was looking for a good software for Instagram & Facebook promotion. I have tested the Social Rabbit plugin and I was very pleased. It works good (there were no problems). What is the most important, you can easily customize the settings yourself following the guide. It seems a bit difficult at first, but you need to sit down and sort it out attentively. And thanks to support manager Elena who helped me, I managed to do it successfully.

Nov 26,2019I am not sure how much time I have been using Social Rabbit. I guess more than a year. For this time the plugin proved its efficiency. According to Google Analytics, more than half of all orders are from social networks. I don’t think about posts creation at all, I am sure Social Rabbit will do everything. In the nutshell, this plugin works perfectly. Plus, their support team is one of the best I have ever contacted. Really useful and polite helps to solve any problem. Thank you, team!
