May 03,2022Have had to go to my bank for fraud enquiry, seller taken my money and no goods delivered. Phone rings out and no response to emails. My worst online purchase from an aussie company ever. Avoid.

Apr 05,2022I purchased a solar inverter and required technical support, on their website it indicates that they provide good customer service. Absolute BS. The 1300 number rings out, no one ever answers. Emailed all their addresses online, no one responds ever. Did this a dozen times. They don't give a rats about their customers at all. Avoid like a plague.

Sep 01,2022Do NOT USE Solar Shop Online Australia I have been duped out of $1342 for a SMA data manager The company does not answer phone or respond to emails All the address they list are storage places,in other words leased garage space PayPal and Amex are in process of returning monies To test try calling or emailing a question about what your buying or asking re a fault and you will see it is just a scam Matt Central Coast NSW
