Jan 26,2022I bought probably 20 or so of the cricket lights for my yard about 4 years ago. Here to report back the usage of these lights. I was able to locate 18 of the lights in my yard, they are either directly visible or I can see the light coming out through the bush. Out of these 18, six lights are dead. That's one third in 4 years, I only did a count today so no idea when these six went dead individually. There is a couple of them I can't find, likely means they are dead as well, but I am not counting them otherwise the number will be worse. I contacted Solid Apollo the rep told me the following: 1. The bulb can not be replaced, once dead it's dead. 2. The warrantee is three years. The light is somewhere $30+, assuming I can reuse the spike(not checked yet), meaning I need to spend roughly $200-$240 to replace these with new ones. I don't know what other customers' expectations are. For me, this is not an ideal failure rate for an expensive and solid product. Giving it 3 start because of that. Hope this is helpful to others.

Jan 19,2022The products are always great, ordering is easy and the delivery is fast. I did have an issue regarding an installation question which was not accurately answered. This caused me to place a second order, and delayed my project. However, the issue was resolved with a reimbursement of my shipping cost for the second order. I was assured that the Apollo personnel would be further instructed in product installation knowledge. I highly recommend Solid Apollo LED products for their durability and design, great lighting.

Jan 19,2022Products are generally good but they have had long lead times lately. We received a defective product that they didn't pay for, made me buy a new one. The replacement for the defective product took 15 days for them to manufacture. Every company has problems some times with their product, thats not the issue. Taking 15 days to replace and not offering a refund is close to the worst response possible to the situation though.

Jan 18,2022I have purchased two products, driverless 8’ LED strip for under lighting of a floating vanity and more recently, several of the pixel strips with controller. With the pixel strips I did need to contact customer support, as the wiring diagram was somewhat outdated. The issue was quickly resolved. Their products and customer support are outstanding and I highly recommend.

And — and this is a big one — their lighting choices are so numerous in kind and quality that you can match not only your physical needs — showroom, cabinet illumination, food prep areas that make leafy green look just harvested, etcetera, — but knowledgeable people to advise you while you place an order; so you'll be delighted with lights that fulfill what you see in your imagination.

Jan 17,2022We have made three purchases for LED puck lights for a project we have in Vermont I made an error in the initial order and it ended up being two separate orders I followed up with a note requesting the two orders be combined to allow free shipping Customer service called me immediately and corrected my order and credited the shipping Once we started the installation , we determined we needed additional extension wires to complete our connection The service representative checked my previous order and inquired as to the utilization of the extensions to ensure we were not exceeding allowable length for our device They then helped us with the most efficient shipping option for our product The product is now installed and operational and we are very pleased with the product and performance Thank you for all your help

Jan 16,2022I keep coming back to Solid Apollo for two reasons. One, the quality of their products is significantly better than nearly every other brand out there, including anything you might find through an online bookstore. Two, their customer service is superb. An easy example is that twice I've had products damaged en route by the carrier. They quickly ship out replacements, no hassle. Best part, I get to talk to a person and am treated like a person. Well done, Solid Apollo team.

Jan 14,2022The products at Solid Apollo are well made and professional grade. I've invested well over $2000 USD on strips, power supplies, channels, and accessories. I've have some issues that were resolved quickly and they have even removed a product for sale when it was not performing as expected in order to investigate. Highly recommended! I live within a 20 minute drive and they typically have all the items in stock the same day.

Jan 12,2022I have only been able to test this exterior driverless light strip out. Works very well and shipping was fast as usual. I'm waiting for a couple days of good weather to get it installed at my daughter's house since it is exterior porch lighting and I'll need need some decent weather to work out there.

They handled my order over phone without me having to go back to website and then the next day when I wanted to make a change they handled it with ease. I received the product and very happy with the product and the support.
