He was more than happy to help during a Saturday and a Sunday too, so I'm extremely happy with the service I've had and i can see why other comments have stated that the service goes beyond what might be expected. Nathan from the early stages provided all the advice and support we needed to move first our emails then the website hosting. The communication and speed of replies even out of hours is reassuring.
