Dec 18,2024I bought a watch in Monaco last Oct. 2024. Due to the time constraint, I asked the Boutique representative to email me the invoice and the documents for to claim my VAT. I printed the documents when we arrived in the hotel in Barcelona Spain and asked the receptionist if i can have him printed my documents which he did. When we arrived at Barcelona Intl Airport, we went straight where get the Stamp. it took us almost 1 hr. to get to the window. I showed my documents and the old woman inside the window asked me to show her the watch i bought, I walked back where my wife at and took the watch and my passport. I came back at the window and showed my watch and my passport for her validate my VAT. She did stamp and return my document to me, and I did fold and put inside the envelop and put inside the YELLOW Mail drop box. I am sure that there's a surveillance camera to monitor all transactions inside and outside where the VAT windows at. Please have this matter taken care of. unless there's a MODUS OPERANDI INSIDE THE AIRPORT. i heard some stories that tourists are not getting their VAT back. I will not stop writing a complaint and email you until I get that money back to CC. I hope to hear from you.. Abdon Pugal 760.215.3832

Nov 28,2024My girlfriend filed the tax return form with SoPay but she forgot to put her bank account information on the form. Fortunatelly she tool a picture of the form, then we sent an email with the picture, and Linda gave us prompt response and she helped us address the issue. We feel Linda is a very kind, responsible person and very appreciate her wonderful work.

Oct 22,2024upon contacting SolPay, it took two days for a response to my email address and Francois (customer service agent) was able to provide instructions that I needed to complete another form and submit additional information for the payment to be processed. Just hoping that it comes through in the time frame (4-7 working days). Thanks Francois.

Sep 26,2024The merchant at the retailer messed up my passport number. I emailed them and they were so responsive and also gave me daily updates on my tax refund forms/case. I have worked with others, but I never heard back or even had a real person attend to me. Thank you so much SolPay!
