Mar 19,2024I would have given them just a one star if not the fact that have managed to deliver a couple of times when I sold dollar to them in exchange of my fiat currency. The annoying thing about them is their sluggish process of confirming a transaction and eventually crediting your account after hours you have confirmed your transaction successfully initiated...My last transaction with them is yet to be confirmed after nearly 8hrs of transaction...if after a couple of days I don't get my money credited into my local bank account, I may have to come back here on trustpilot to rate them lower than this 2 star

Jun 19,2023Not relable at all. At first they may pay if your trancation is not much. But as soon as you transert big amount, they adscon.. and will not reply your message on telegram. Don't deal with themfor your own good

Aug 25,2022Just signed up for the first time with a lot of stress verifying my account little do I know that it doesn't worth it. The Overview Tab doesn't show Deposit or Withdrawal button. Accessing Deposit tab through bank account from the platform always Display Service Time out. And again, Customer service are supposed to be online 24hrs to attend to customers but none. Sorry to rate you this low, but you have to improve. The Website was better in 2020/2021
