The lights look exactly what is depicted on the website, and what was even better is that the owner, Thalia, followed up with me personally to make sure I received my shipment. (I'm in the US, and she is in the UK). Great product and excellent customer service...I will definitely buy from Sparkle Lighting again!

Oct 15,2024I ordered the gemstone copper wire fairy lights. They are just perfect for brightening up a mirror in my hallway. I wanted fairy lights which didn’t necessarily have a Christmas feel and these are it. Delighted with them and with the excellent service from Sparkle.

Oct 14,2024Really lovely light - larger than I was expecting, so a bonus really. So pretty how the light diffuses through the ribbed glass. Am wondering how long the batteries will last, but it's a really nice statement piece so I am very happy.

Oct 13,2024The product image online looks completely different to the product I received. The image on the website is very misleading. Postage and customs expenses were incurred for an item that I would not have purchased if a truthful image had been shown. The item is a very pale blue/ grey and the glass is not as thick as it appears in the online image. I was not offered to have my customs expenses refunded as the reply suggests. I was offered a gift voucher towards a future purchase which I do not want to make. An empty gesture.

I really love them, they are beautiful by day and especially beautiful shining in our early dark autumnal evenings. They can be hung or come with stands so as to be used as ground/table lights.The company have been communicative throughout and have even checked in to make sure they arrived and I was happy with them.
