DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Half the time the product they sell you doesn't work and they come up with lame excuses. After 4 years of my mobile phone app not working, I finally figured it out after no one getting back with me. I am downsizing and do not need all of the phones, they don't care, I have to keep all of them in a box and pay for them until the contract is fulfilled! I was going to fulfill my contract only downsize.

Absolutely the worst company for phone service. Customer service is horrible and porting department should be collecting welfare. Never in 45 years of business have I had to work with such a totally inept service provider.

Awful, awful, awful. As other reviews have stated the customer service is TERRIBLE! Avoid this company at all costs. We have many regrets agreeing to this contract and are actively looking to cancel and find another company.

Customer service is horrific, we would put in a request for service but within minutes get an email thanking us for being a customer and close the service ticket. They would send an email confirming the issue was resolved and the service ticket was closed but they never contact you to resolve issues. We are switching service. I googled top 5 and top 10 VOIP providers and had them send quotes and details. Spectrumvoip never showed up on the google searches

Technician Mark came to install 6 phones for our Law office. Very helpful explaining and setting it all up. Fantastic support team as well. When you dial '4357' you get live support immediately any time of the day. As a lawyer, the clarity of their contract which includes all charges, no hidden fees (unlike the other voip companies out there) as well as no increases to our rate for at least 5 years makes this Spectrum VOIP the best phone company I have ever worked with.

I am a customer and can say Dont Do It! Avoid this company like the plague. Phones are down (again) on their end. I ama a service industry . They won't even answer the phone and help me make sure itsbon their end. Technical support asked me to leave a message. It's been three hours today of my company having no phone line. These phones are extremely expensive, phone calls are not clear . Technical support is saved in my phone because it's needed so much . Today no technical support will even answer . The phones you rent are expensive and never get paid off. They will not let you out of your contract so waiting until July. Then I'm FREE and hopefully get my number back too. It's intersection you can't review them on Google

This is a 5 year contract that you better read before you sign. It states that no matter if the equipment works or not, you are responsible for the full 5 year contract if you sign. Do not sign this contract! The salesman stuck the contract under my nose, handed me a pen and told me, "just sign it, you'll be happy you did." What a joke. The phones don't work well. Sometimes you can't even answer the phone when it rings. Their technical service calls you back after two or three days. My "project manager" would not return my calls or emails. This is a very shady company.

SpectrumVOIP service is generally good and their tech support team has been great the few times I've needed them. That said, billing / invoicing is terrible. As a small business with one phone number we get several bills per month with charges not easily traced to the original contract. The billing team is quite surly and UNHELPFUL. Will almost certainly pick another service when this contract is up in a year or so.

Beware these guys have the same name as spectrum cable but they are not associated with the company. My father fell for this when he thought his company was signing up for VoIP with a large national cable company but then found out he signed his company up with them. Absolutely horrible service. Nothing but constant problems with no resolve or help from them.
