A thick bubble wrap envelope was used which provided plenty of protection for the contents, which arrived completely undamaged. The owner replies quickly and courteously to questions. Due to having some concerns, ordered on a 24 hour tracked delivery. Cube arrived next day. So happy with this I have ordered a GTS 3M. Thank you all at Speedcubing.
