If I could rate the service zero stars I would. When I purchased the product I asked for expert advice; Lisa informed me that she was the authority on the product. One of my main concerns was how long it would take for the said results to take effect - her response was 2 weeks; after 2 weeks plus, there were no changes. That said, I returned the product to the address noted as shipping address, and, emailed the tracking info; no response. The product was returned to me - UNDELIVERABLE. Note: I am experiencing malicious EMR ATTACKS; the product did not do what was advertised, and per the zoom meeting, it would require thousands of dollars to attain the protection I need - possibly. This should be explained upfront by a “qualified” representative, not figured out after investing hundreds of dollars for a less-than-possible non-solution. I live on social security; SPIRO’s ineffectiveness in full disclosure has left me totally dissatisfied - I was so hopeful to become so disappointed. Understanding the Product is imperative; hopefully this is possible; as for now - I have only a fragment of what “may” be a solution when I can invest thousands of dollars.

Último pedido pésimo. Mi pedido costa de varios artículos y no me viene la base para colocar el disco SPIRO, poco protegido el paquete. Además tardo un mes. Muy descontento.

Ha mejorado mi tinnitus, creo q ha influido usar las soluciones spiro. El envio a España sin problemas (eso si con impuestos).

It was a very easy purchase for me that I live in Mexico City. Specially because I sent it to a Miami address, and I Could skeep the mail cost. I am very happy with my Cards and Disc. I feel safety now. I attend the tutorial and unfortunately the acrílic base to put the Disc, didn’t come inside the square box and in any part of the package, so I have to put it just beside the módem. I suggest to elimínate from the tutorial this accesorie that never appears in the purchase. Another thing, the discount on my second purchase never appears and I couldn’t make the purchase in 4 payments even though I marked the square asking for this benefit. Please review this subjects. Hola, realicé una compra noviembre 30 con ENTREGA EXPRESS y la recibí hasta diciembre 6 y eso porque tuve que hablar a ver qué estaba sucediendo y el chico que contestó se disculpó por el error que estaban cometiendo,por otro lado, en lugar de enviarme la base para el disco ultra que se quebró al querer colocar el disco pues era para disco PRO nuevamente me enviaron otra base para disco PRO. GRACIAS

Rapido y sin problemas. No hay sorpresas de aranceles, porque ya estan contemplados. Bien en general. Igual podria mejorar el hecho que hubiera un folleto o algun tipo de info adjunta. Gracias
