They have snaps instead of ties and this is not available in the US. Sizing info provided was very helpful. I will be reordering.

Unfortunately on this occasion the delivery agent left my package somewhere other than my address. Quick phone call to Spoilt Rotten Pets who were absolutely lovely and they sent replacement goods out which were delivered to me this time! As per original experience really good quality material used.

My request was a personal one, a little outside of the advertised options and its arrived, accommodated and looks as fantastic as I imagined it would!! I was assisted by Lesley, and was really impressed by the prompt reply (and the patience when I had a follow-up questions). The tag arrived and is just perfect. So pleased with my purchase. Very sturdy despite being light, and lovely deep colours.
