Mar 29,2022The delivery of the dehumidifier (using wall current) and the floor flooding unit were prompt. The box was a bit banged up on one corner but the contents seemed fine. The floor flooding unit had batteries inserted and was tested; yup, it's loud. It was put in the basement of our home. We hope to never hear it again if we are lucky. The dehumidifier is also in the basement. It is too soon to tell how well it is working.
