Although my issue was sorted very quickly, my purchase was compromised by damaged laces. The cynical side of my nature thinks that they were knowingly sent damaged, the fix was a set of black laces (for my blue shoes) or send them back... Sending s??t back is a pain, probably would not use again. Once bitten and all that.

Speedy delivery and the boots look great at a fair price. Haven’t tried them on an actual board yet but everything else has been great.

First time shopping at Sputnik store online and I had a great experience. I ordered it last night and it’s already shipped and supposedly the item is arriving in a few days from the UK to USA. That’s awesome!
