Switched from another host, migration of both the domain name and site was a breeze. I can not comment on uptime at the moment as I have not been using the host long enough, however I am impressed with the service I received during the migration process.
I am a commercial webmaster since 1996. I concentrate mostly on site development and just don't have time nowadays to keep up with all the changes in server admin and security. I hired the folks at Squidix to take care of a recent move and set up and found the service fast friendly and efficient. Most of all it was personalized. You can save gray hairs and a few bucks by using Squidix for your admin needs.
They have blazing fast servers and equally fast customer service. They have been very helpful with migrating my cpanel over. I have two separate accounts with them and the service has been consistently good.
Our former hosting site seems to be in a long slow decline. From our perspective, their help desk support has become lethargic, email spam filtering is less effective than in the past, and email from clients was not always arriving due, apparently, to blacklisting. We were increasingly dissatisfied Squidix has been a revelation to us on how much better site hosting can be. Support response has been almost immediate. The technicians have been pleasant and quite competent. The migration of our site was quick and successful. Having just migrated to Squidix, we don't have a long track record to judge them by, but so far we are very pleased.
I built my first website in 1997. In the following year I had several clients leasing a VPS. Within two years I had a dedicated server and not soon thereafter two dedicated boxes which I've maintained until just recently. I've gone through several datacenters and upgraded along the way. I've always been a site developer working with those languages but never a Linux/UNIX/Apache guru. When I had to do those things I depended on forums or in extreme cases outside help. That being said I managed my own servers adequately although knowing I didn't really have the expertise to do what I was doing confidently. Recently I decided to consolidate both servers to one and was dreading the upgrade. I had several sites that needed various versions of PHP and a few were large database driven sites that had been extensively customized. I had put this off for quite some time because I knew it would be a nightmare, not to mention the perceived expense. To further complicate this move I wanted to go from DirectAdmin to cPanel/WHM. Perusing WHT I saw a very attractive offer for managed servers offered by Squidix. I had seen positive mentions for Squidix and started leaning toward them as a solution. The more I read the more confident I was that this would be the direction I would go. I can't tell you how glad I am that I made that decision. They simply don't give up and that's the best I can say of any tech support situation. The sites I was worried about were indeed tough to migrate but these guys stuck with it and all problems were resolved. And they were resolved in a way that just blew me away. Even when it took work beyond what I would have expected they were always friendly, reassuring and always ended every remedy with "let us know if there is anything else we can do". I'm not going to mention names but everyone I worked with was experienced and came from an impressive background. These guys live code, servers and have for years. If you are considering a host for any type of situation, from VPS to dedicated managed or unmanaged I highly recommend Squidix. In well over 15 years of working with several datacenters and host I have never experienced the personal professional attention I have received from them. I know if you choose Squidix you'll be just as satisfied and just as confident that you made the right decision.
After realising that our previous provider did not offer value for money, was not user friendly and had poor customer service and then looking into nearly every possible other web host for our business I decided to try Squidix (based on rave customer and professional reviews). We could not be happier. The Squidix team are amazing. It is no secret that I am not technologically savvy, but with Squidix it's like having my own private suite of IT professionals, they truly are so helpful. Queries are always answered within a few hours, the site is very user friendly and has great self-help materials and overall the value for money is excellent. A++++! Do yourself a favour and change over - you won't regret it!
Squidix is shown to be a good place to host websites. Their server is not neither slow nor over-sold. They offer great customer service and good service overall. Our experiences so far is been nothing short of awesomeness.
I moved to Squidix from HostGator mostly because I won a contest for a year of service from Squidix. I was really, really happy because HostGator service has always sucked for me. Paul and his team worked hard to ensure that I knew what was going on from the beginning of transferring the site all the way up until it was ready for me to resume normal operations. Great service.
We were hosting with another company and kept having issues with slow server response times. The average load time for this other company was 4-6 seconds. We decided to move to Squidix. They helped migrate all the sites over and responded to everything in a timely manner. We are now loading the same websites on average in 200 ms. Thanks!
I've been through several resellers over the past few months, I'm not a needy customer... I was a sysadmin for a good many years before outsourcing to a reseller. Squidix has been solid and reliable, servers are fast and responsive - like their customer support... which is a nice change in the realm of resellers.
Squidix, cares and it shows. I could not be happier, Larry and the entire company was awesome. The service was great. These people care and it shows. They truly went the extra mile for me and I am very thankful.
I have about 20 wordpress blogs, and could not find a hosting company that was reliable, with easy to understand tech support (yeah, answers that are not like "what was the question again" after 2 days of waiting while your blog is down. You won't get that bull here. Fast, professional service via chat and ticket system that is actually monitored by high level people that don't give excuses, but actually get the job done. I won't renew with my other hosting companies, as Squidix makes it so easy. Nothing like peace of mind while your website is working like it is supposed to. My blogs now load much faster, which is important to SEO and your customers experience. Highly Recommended, you won't be sorry if you sign up.
I really appreciated the fast and informative support when I was setting up my webhosting -- and I had a lot of questions!
I talked to Larry from Squidix and he seriously took care of me. Seriously. I was looking for a new hosting provider because my previous one kept raising price along with slow ticket answering. I kept looking for a new hosting company, emailing over 5 different companies. It is important for me that my tickets get answered fast and out of all, Squidix answered the fastest and not only that, their live chat is freaking available 24-7! Their price is awesome, they are always available and willing to help. So what more can you ask for? I hope to stay here long as possible. I am pretty darn impressed so far. :)
Since moving my hosting to Squidix, I have seen a remarkable improvement in my loading times. The speed is great. The support is also great. I was transferred without issues and I was updated on the transfer status throughout the entire process.
Best support I had so far. I have a managed VPS. Before I was at Hostgator what I will regret my whole life. Now I switched to Squidix.
After leaving my old host due to slow site loading and slow-to-respond customer support, I searched for an SSD host and came across Squidix. The packages and pricing looked very appealing compared to what I've seen from others, so I decided to sign up for a small plan and just test things out. Migrating my sites over was no problem, and I could already see them load faster, as expected from the better hardware. But what blew me away was the support. I had an issue on my site (unexpectedly caused by a mistake I made when migrating), but the owner persistently troubleshooted things via LiveChat until we finally got it solved - after 6 hours! On a weekend! The things he came up with in those 6 hours were stuff that would have taken other hosts 2 weeks to solve via back and forth ticket emails. Solid hardware, fair pricing and a stellar support make Squidix one sparkling gem in a sea of lazy and slow companies, copycats and worse. I've found *my* host!
I keep getting hosting accounts for my various websites and to check out new hosting providers. I stumbled upon Squidix Hosting a few weeks back and I can say they are a very good provider. For me, uptime, server responsiveness, resource limits and support - all carry equal marks. Squidix shines in all four of them. Very happy with their servers and service. Totally recommendable.
Simply the best host ever. The host provides the best technical support and customer care. They understand the customer needs very well. It is a highly recommended host!

Aug 26,2016Quick setup and a complete Cpanel option list make Squidix a no-brainer for me when I chose a shared hosting provider. Their prices seem quite competitive, too, and so far I have not had to use tech support (probably because of my personal experience in setting up websites but also because of Squidix's own, well conceived setup regimen). I hope to be with them for a long time, and I may even migrate other sites residing with different providers in a move to consolidate.
