An order placed on a Sunday with the goods received on the Tuesday seems excellent to me. The goods were as good as I have come to expect from SRB.

Amazing customer service from start to finish. They were more than happy to answer ball my many questions and never felt like they were trying to sell. They kept me posted when out of stock order came in and this was before I had placed an order. Thanks again!! 5star

Fast delivery of high quality goods. I've bought photographic gear from SRB a few times now and I have always been impressed with their delivery speed and the quality of the items I have purchased. My latest purcahse was a couple of SRB's own-brand ND grads. So far they have proven excellent (very neutral compared to my equivalent Cokins) and a much cheaper choice than Lee filters. The SRB Elite holder is also exceptional value; I particularly like the built in rotating polariser fitting.

Everything arrived ok and the product is fine but I was really p*ssed off by the "made in China" label. All my previous adaptors were made in your workshop. I could have bought a Chinese one far cheaper elsewhere

I am a photographer on a budget and I find SRB's products of great value and quality for my needs. Add to this their easy to use website and excellent service and they offer everything in one package. They were particularly good a couple of years back when I ordered a tripod and they sent the wrong one in error. They could not have been more apologetic and they sent out the correct one by expedited delivery. I live in Spain and this would have no doubt cost them quite a bit to do but they did it wthout hesitation.
