On a pris le temps de lire mes mails et d'y répondre rapidement, parfois de manière approfondie ce qui est important quand on ne communique que par mails à cause de la distance. Volonté de proposer un service de qualité. Instrument reçu assez rapidement malgré la distance. Accordage (-1/2 ton) et réglages effectué comme demandé. Je n'hésiterais pas à recommander chez eux.

Jun 14,2021Very quick service. I ordered on Sunday evening, and my oder was sent on Monday morning from Hungary to Croatia. I recieved the package on Wednesday before lunchtime. The goods were packed carefully and well protected. Free shipping for orders above 200€ is a nice little touch. The prices are similar to other music stores, and this store had an item (Small clamp Tremol-no) that other stores didn't have on stock and would have to wait for 2 weeks for them to restock. When in need for parts next time, this store will surely be my first to check. Thank you for doing a good job!

Ellentétben az előző vásárlás kiszállításos opciójával most a személyes átvételt választottam a kiválasztott termékkel kapcsolatos segítségkérés miatt. Ezt a döntésemet nagyon nem bántam meg! A boltban minden kérdésemre választ kaptam, mindenki nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt velem szemben. Mindent meg tudtam vásárolni, amit szerettem volna, ami azért is nagy öröm számomra, mivel a banjo magyarországon egy kissé "fehér folt" az alkatrészellátottságot tekintve. Mindenkinek ajánlom őket, én még biztosan vásárolok náluk.
