Dec 21,2023Perfection... that's all I have to say... I've ordered some parts for repairing a guitar that was going to studio. The deadline I had was two days... They were near the end of the day, and not only they found the time and patience to reply all my e-mails with questions and stuff, but also found the time to pack it and ship it at the very last moment... My thought was "Ok, I'll have the order within the next day and I'll have the remaining one to do what I have to do and pray that all goes smooth..." Early in the morning, the order was delivered in my hands... I'm beyound happy... Outstanding customer support, shipping, patience, etc... Thank you guys
