Mar 27,2025I placed an order for defined cut pieces of flat bar stock to repair several snow shovels. Tracking number was provided. A week later the shipping agent misplaced the order. Contacted Steel Supply who re-shipped order. New tracking number was provided, but soon in another "sortation delay" developed. Contacted Steel Supply for next step. Customer service was very helpful. Within a day the shipper had located both orders and would deliver within 48 hours.

I wish I received the tracking number sooner than the day before the shipment arrived (I had to email into Sales to ask for it) but all around a great experience! Would order again
