Jul 25,2024Ordered on July 8th. Immediately received an email that I will get a UPS tracking number within 1-2 business days. Never got the email - so I called on July 17th. I got transferred around to several people - but finally someone answered the phone and helped me. She said that the associate who processed the order messed up, and that she will get it shipped to me on Friday July 19th. I did not received the order until July 23.
