Jun 02,2024Somehow products were shipped out without my address, only my city and zip code. Had to create a UPS account to provide them a valid shipping address, which delayed my shipping. Embed plates were not as pictured on the website. Photos appeared to be galvanize dip or a zinc coating(ready to install), which was the reason I was willing to pay double what the competitor was charging. Embed plates arrived in plain steel, which I had to grind mill scale off of and primer. Plasma cut and welds on Embeds were not the greatest either, welds actually appear to be non structural at best. Good thing the gate I’m hanging from them is light weight. If I were installing something heavy, I likely would have sent them back.
