I had a small problem with my stickers and they reply me soon and politely. I'm very glad to see that they are trying to fix the small problem since the beggining. Very good treatment.

Aug 09,2023Después de gastar un dineral en pegatinas. Al recibirlas, los colores son demasiado oscuros y la pegatina no me vale para nada. Nada que ver con la previsualización que ofrecían. Intento contactar con ellos para una solución, les digo que quiero repetirlas o que me devuelvan el dinero. Me ofrecen 20% de descuento para volver a comprar. ¿Qué voy a volver a comprar con esa calidad?

Jun 07,2023Realicé un pedido a mediados de mayo y, después de informar durante más de una semana de que mi pedido no fue entregado, me dieron excusas absurdas como el mal tiempo. Hasta la fecha de hoy, sigo enviando correos y ni siquiera contestan. Es un timo. Dijeron que volverían a mandarla a fecha de hoy ni devuelven el dinero ni pegatinas. Así desde el 10 de Mayo

Jun 05,2023Ojalá se pudieran poner 0 estrellas. Me ha llegado un correo de que ya he recibido mi pedido cuando no es cierto... y además, de haberlo recibido, habría sido con retraso. Voy a informarme de cómo puedo tomar medidas ante esto porque he reclamado y nadie me responde ni me devuelven el dinero.

May 08,2023I ordered some stickers on a Saturday night after work just before midnight. On Sunday morning (10:30 am), I messaged the company to request a change to the brushed aluminum, that would work much better for my project. 10 hours later, at 8:27pm, they messaged back to inform me the stickers were already printed, so there was nothing they could do. They then gave the reason for the delayed reply that they only operate Mon-Fri. Then why were my stickers already printed? I received an email back from no less than 3 different people, who obviously had not coordinated with each other. To make matters worse, I was offered a 20% discount for the new brushed aluminum order minutes after I had already placed it. The service agent I dealt with did make some effort to resolve this issue, and refunded me 20% after that, which is at least something. Hoping the product is good and arrives in a timely manner. I will update this review again upon delivery. Updated: Received the product & credit. This company needs to work on their coordination between the staff so the customer is not interacting with so many different people.

Apr 29,2023Una de las peores experiencias que he vivido con un pedido, nunca llegaron las pegatinas, les mandé un email y me dicen que aún está en los plazos establecidos para la entrega, y que en envíos a Europa no se realiza un seguimiento de la entrega, y evidentemente nunca llegaron las pegatinas. Sin duda alguna no volveré a pedir a sticker app y a parte hablaré con consumo para solucionar este problema.
