Sep 14,2018The Post it notes were printed in the wrong color, proof was correct. The good news is Stik2it reprinted and shipped overnight so we did not miss the due date. Communication, not very good, needs improvement. I was not informed of status or approval of rerun or if it shipped. I had to initiate all communication regarding this re-run. May have to do with disconnect between night shift CSR and day CSR communication. Overall I am satisfied withe rectification of the problem and the quality of the product. Would use Stik2it again!

We wanted a colored post it note, not a white one, so they just filled the whole post it note with the color we wanted and printed what we needed on top of that. It turned out great. The bottom side of it is white, but that is fine. It worked perfect for what we needed. I would definitely order again.

I was actually live-chatting with one of their representatives while they were adjusting the proof - that's teamwork! This started on a Thursday afternoon, and on Monday morning our notes were delivered - a day earlier than promised. I will absolutely use them moving forward.
