Oct 27,2023I had the Truffle d’orient 3 years ago as a new bottle. Smelt amazing! Bought the refil and no smell so changed the reeds and nothing still. Thought it may be a bad batch so have purchased another one 4 days ago, turned the reeds and still little smell. Could you advise if there is an issue with your product now and who can I speak to please? Thanks
