I've always had good experiences with Cyberweld. They have great product selection and prices.
I ordered about $900 worth of tools and equipment 20 days ago. Instead of receiving my order I called to follow up and was told that they could send out a partial. I recommend saying yes to that because 4 of my items were backordered and I have no idea when they will be here, they would have held up the order forever. There is certainly a value on having something you ordered in a timely manner. If you don't call to have a partial order shipped you may be waiting a while before anything ships. I've ordered many times without issues in the past but post-pandemic shopping here is rough. We're only as strong as our suppliers.

Took 2 weeks to receive items. Items that are back ordered or will take longer to receive should be noted on the items description….not after the order is placed.
Cyberweld is very good at getting back quickly which is why i’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. My issue with cyberweld is that i’ve been waiting around a month for a pipe wrap. They’ve already told me that it’s a supplier issue but they should come up with a way to state that on their website before you place your order.

Prompt professional service. Only drawback is when they called my phone to confirm the order, it showed as Spam Risk. I didn’t answer because of that but was really glad they left a voicemail. When I returned their call, the lady was very professional and courteous. Couldn’t ask for better !!!

great price on new Victor Torch, however the package arrived missing the torch tip nut making it non functional. Trying to deal with Cyberweld customer is service is a rude, and non helpful, ordeal. I had to call ESAB to get the part number to give to Cyberweld in order for them to contact ESAB and do something. Customer service only indicates they will update me when they can get a hold of ESAB. I talked to ESAB with less then a minute wait. It would be hard to recommend Cyberweld to someone unless you are sure you will not need to rectify a problem with your order or ever have to deal with their Customer Service.
Ordered face shields for a reasonable price and received them in reasonable time. That's worth 5 stars to me.
I tried to buy a welding jacket and some FR pants. I didn't hear anything for about 4 days and then I got an email that told me to call their customer service number about my order. Never got the clothes i ordered, complete trash company and garbage customer service. Buy elsewhere, especially if you need your gear in a reasonable amount of time. Might even be better off buying the materials, learning how to sew, and sewing them yourself instead of even trying to buy from this company.
Bought a Honeywell pipeliner because they had a good price on them, been a month and still hasn’t shipped.
I ordered a Lincoln welding helmet. Apparently, it was not in stock. I was told that it would be 1 to 2 weeks. After 2 + weeks, I checked again for a tracking number, or something. All I got was that it would be another 3 to 4 weeks. I e-mailed customer service. Becky to the rescue!! She told me that they would upgrade the helmet to one with a design for the same price to expedite the delivery. I picked the All-American design. Beautiful ! It took longer than I expected to get from there to here, but the looks and performance of the new helmet is awesome. Thank you Becky Phillips. You saved the day. well, My Day. I will definitely return to Cyberweld for future needs / wants in the future
