Apr 19,2023Everyone who has been conned and cheated by Aidan M, Ash, Ansar, Husna, Zaid or William Huxley or Huxlys, lang and ward, Strasmore need to report this to the Regulator of the Estate Agency in the UK, who is James Munro at james.munro"powys.gov.uk Aidan and his accomplices should not be allowed to continue to defraud innocent landlords and tenants. The regulator has to take action against Aidan and make him pay back every penny he has taken to spend on himself! SO AVOID!

Jan 05,2022I'm an Oversea landlord and in April 2020 Stratsmore Group got me to sign an AST with a supposed tenant but never sent me the rent that Stratsmore received from the tenant. I later found out in November 2020 that they have sublet the property without my consent and the actual person living at the property was not of the same name as the original AST. Strantsmore keep telling me that everything was a misunderstanding and later stopped returning my call. I had to go through court to evict the squatter at my property and Stratsmore still owe me 16,000GBP in rent.

Oct 20,2020Stratsmore Group and especially Regvita were absolutely superb. They rented my property out quickly securing a long term 2 year corporate tenant at the top end of the market range. This was despite all the other main line agents were asking me to reduce the price. After the rental was secure Regvita was very professional and responsive in getting all the administration and management of the property sorted out. It was really good to deal with her and I would rate Regvita as one of the best and most responsive of all the agents I have dealt with in all the years I have been renting in London. R Tanna

Apr 27,2023Hi Alex, Please contact me asap regarding your case. We collect the information to send the report on. Have several testimonies of their actions ongoing. False contracts, extortion) Need all the proof possible it's starting to derail, don't let them fool more people! I can tell you more our apartment was robbed by this company, had police and insurance companies on the scene. Documented several testimonies, neighbors who saw what happened, etc. We were lucky that we had good neighborly cooperation. It seems to be a bunch of criminals scamming people. Have already contacted various authorities to audit and find out what these fraudsters are up to.
