First, it is great that you have a call with live person, it is not just somebody in your phone You will have different exercises every time , you can also comment on every exercise so your trainer will see it and update your program accordingly. I love the feature that I can also record information about weights and reps and see the progress. Recommend this application if you wanna be sporty and healthy 💪🏻
