Jun 23,2023Never in my entire life have I seen a place this deplorable. We checked in got to our room and there was a dirty razor and dirty towels on the bathroom floor. We opened the fridge and there was a dead roach in the fridge. We went to the office and explained and asked for clean towels and a cleaner. We got back that night and nothing was done. We went to bed and a live roach crawled across our heads while we trying to sleep. We thought how much worse till we went to shower and not a drop of hot water. I know the motto for this chain is “We Will Leave The Lights On” and that’s only to keep the roaches off you while you’re sleeping. I have never seen a more disgusting place in my entire life.
