Sujata's program helped me get on track not only once, but twice in my life (and decades apart). She's an amazing, caring, patient and professional nutritionist. I've tried so many diets and programs before working with her and none of them were sustainable. I'm happy that Sujata was around when I needed her guidance and support.
I’ve been on Sujata’s programme since she started in 2020. This programme is not a diet but it’s about making sustainable changes in your daily lifestyle and changing mindset to getting healthy. Sujata has thought me that I can eat my normal home cooked food that my family eat but to ensure that half my plate is vegetables, quarter carbohydrates & quarter protein. Sujata has thought me how to pick healthier choices when going out. She has thought me that exercise plays a major part in my lifestyle of getting healthy and loosing weight journey. I thoroughly enjoy the cooking classes, meditation and live Q&A sessions on a weekly basis. This has helped me make friends with others. I throughly recommend this programme. whole programme was if you set your mind to get healthy, you can if you are consistent , and not letting go . It is not all about loosing weight ,as I do not want to ,but getting more healthier . Exercise too plays a part in this which I do . I also learnt , eating gluten free food which helped in my acid reflux. But having followed this for a week where I did not take any dairy too my acidity did improve. Thank you very much Sujata.
I joined Sujata’s wellness programme on a one to one basis in August 2020. I lacked energy, low mood and was gaining weight. Sujata recommended I have a full check with my GP and my blood levels were not that great. I was diagnosed with Thyroid, had low levels of Vitamin D, B12 and Iron deficiency. With Sujata’s holistic nutrition guidance, motivation, and exercise plan together with my self discipline I managed to loose 12kgs in 7 months. My thyroid markers went down as well. I gained energy and feel great. I am still a member of Sujata’s wellness programme as I get inspired by her new weekly recipes, meditation and Q&A’s. After going through different diets and weight loss programs, I came across Sujata's video on fb. Once I had watched it, I realised I needed Sujata's support and spoke to her last December and joined her program in January this year. With Sujata's videos, her live cookery classes every week, meditation and meal plans, I was on my way with this amazing journey with her and lost a stone in one month. My family enjoyed different things I was making and I realised where I was going wrong. Now my 10 year old granddaughter watches her cookery videos. Finding Sujata and her Wellness program is the best thing that's happened to me.
I really enjoyed doing the programme as I learnt how to eat healthily by really getting to grips with what to eat and in what proportions this has resulted in not having sugar cravings and it has made me mindful of what I am eating. The programme also goes further to developing habits of exercising and meditation. It truly has made me make lifestyle changes and has energised me. i joined Sujata’s group this year for the Healthy habits for the busy woman. I am desperate to lower my cholesterol and sugar levels. Sujata explained everything so well. Her programs are simple easy to follow recipes that can be family orientated so you are not cooking separate meals. I then followed this plan with the sugar cleanse challenge. I met Sujata 5 years back when I was struggling with bloating even though I was working out and watching my portions. My friend and I decided to go for a consultation and started our detox journey with Sujata. She taught us how to bring a life style change by incorporating healthy foods in our diet. I did two detox programs with her,while doing my detox I saw a visible change in my weight and I noticed that I had stopped bloating. Since than I have included healthy options for my family. When my daughter 17, decided to become Vegan I was worried about her food balance and nutrition. I reached out to Sujata who was able to calm me down and support my daughter with a balanced diet. Sujata's classes were recommended to me whilst in Singapore about 8 years ago and since then I have completed quite a number of her programmes. I started with Sujata's 'Lecture and Lunch' classes which were a fabulous introduction to healthy eating. Her classes were very informative and wide ranging including topics such as digestion, cleanses, Mediterranean diets, adrenal fatigue and dealing with cholesterol issues after which we enjoyed a delicious lunch which the participants helped to cook. In the UK I have taken Sujata's online 'Sugar Cleanse' Programme and twice completed her 'Healthy Habits for a Busy Woman' programme which have furnished me with a huge selection of healthy and delicious recipes, a more thorough understanding of a healthy diet and how to incorporate exercise and relaxation as key components to a busy day. The combination of her online lectures, handouts, live Facebook Q&A sessions and emails make her programme easily accessible whilst her Facebook group engenders a real sense of community. I can't recommend Sujata more highly.
I met Sujata almost 8 years ago in Singapore and started of with her basic healthy recipes and nutrition program then. After this workshop I have tried her detox program, smoothie challenge, 1-1 health coaching for me and my family. Her coaching style and programs have worked amazingly well for me. Especially because she doesn’t make it stressful - she works with your situation and routine to help you; her recipes are easy to use and amazing and tailored to my needs (I am vegetarian) and my families needs. Her recipes and the food habits she has taught me stay with me as part of my day to day life. I feel healthy and strong!
Sujata has changed not only my food habits but that of our entire household to cleaner eating. Her super easy and tasty recipes have become family favourites and are great for entertaining as well!
Have done a few of Sujata’s programmes. Each time learning something new. Has made me conscious of what I’m eating. Learning to read the food labels has been soo helpful. She is extremely supportive and non judgmental. I would highly recommend her programmes.

I've seen a massive difference to my energy levels after doing the sugar cleanse with Sujata. I learnt a lot about how to overcome my sugar craving and have also managed to start including some exercise into my daily routine. The daily food preparation has really helped curb my unhealthy craving.

Jul 18,2023Sujata, Thank you for your help these past 6 months. I have changed my eating habits completely. It’s a great program as I have incorporated it into my daily living easily. I travel quite a bit as you know and I am now aware of making healthy choices where I’m at, on a day to day basis. Protein, protein and protein is key for me and lots more vegetables. I have so much more energy than before and It is no hardship at all. It’s wonderful for me to now make informed choices when eating out or at home. It’s a lifestyle, it’s consistent and it makes perfect sense. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Sujata and the healthy eating program that she offered me.
