Nov 16,2024The staff is helpful, it's just that it takes a little bit of time to get a reply, like there's only one person that can handle your case. It would be nice if more than one person can help out a client. But all in all like the response of the representatives and they are willing to help you with your needs, and the payment plan are great, for those that are on a budget. And it would be greatly appreciated if lawyers can get to you a little early, then late in the day.
