Aug 29,2024Once we got to a rep it was fine. However, the original message says someone will get back to you in a few minutes. We called on a Sunday afternoon. After waiting about three hours and fifteen minutes the recording said you were closed. The next morning we tried calling again and after waiting on hold several times for over five minutes we would be disconnected. We were starting to be concerned because we had already made the payment. Then finally we got through. Our rep was very professional and answered our questions. Your company needs to improve the process leading up to actually talking to a rep.
