Jul 06,2024The individual that assisted me was very very nice and compassionate to my plight. Filing for bankruptcy is not something to take lightly and I’m devastated that I have to do it. So to have an empathetic caring person help me through this difficult process was a 10 but five is the highest level and he deserves a raise! After talking with him I understand that this is put in Place to help us learn how to better manage our finances and how to not get into trouble again. 10 out of 10

If I had known about this a year ago I could have used the service to clearly and efficiently set up a budget and a realistic payoff plan. I recommend it very very highly! Easy to use, great support.
