I would highly recommend Summit Leasing, the communication is amazing and they keep you in the loop every step of the way!

Oct 03,2024If there was a sixth star I would award it to Summit leasing. Grace, Lisa, Cerian and the team were fantastic all the way through from start to finish. Grace, for initially providing an unbeatable quote and sourcing the exact vehicle to our needs. Following Lisa, for filling in for Grace in her absence and Cerian for delivery of the vehicle. Their customer service was excellent and the transition from departments was seamless. Even though the vehicle was delayed, which was no fault of the team, Cerian kept me in the loop all the way. They are super friendly and I couldn’t recommend this company more highly. I will be using Summit leasing in the future and recommending them to others. I currently have a fleet of 7 vehicles.

Lisa, Cerian and the team were fantastic and kept me very well informed throughout, there professionalism and communication was fantastic. I cannot recommend them enough and am certain to be a returning customer. I received my VW Tiguan this morning after only making an initial enquiry 6 working days ago!!

Grace was very easy to speak to and as it's was my first time to lease a car I wasn't sure it would be my first choice as always paid for my vehicles upfront. Apart from finding me a great deal she sent numerous quotes to me, never pushing just advising. Luke also in the same office great to deal with. Anyway took delivery today and really pleased, delivery by Lee was also very in informative, not rushed and cockpit instruments fully explained. In all a very pleasant experience Highly recommend

Oct 17,2024From the start of my enquiry to the day of delivery (Ranger Wildtrak) Summit Leasing have been AMAZING. Especially Grace and Cerian. They both kept me informed and updated. They always responded to my numerous questions on the same day, usually within the hour. You can't ask for more than that! Not only did they beat the monthly price of my currant leasing company, they actually delivered it when they said they would, unlike my previous lease company.
