Fast friendly service, after the survey fitting date decided. Installers take away old heaters and install new ones and wall controls and tidy up after themselves. A booklet explains the operating instructions ,and if needed a video is available on you tube.

Would I recommend this company to a friend - NO! Did the product do what was promised - NO! My 87 year old mother in law could not afford the electricity bills arising from her 20 year old storage heater system. Sunflow said they could reduce costs and if they don't their guarantee is to remove the heaters and refund the cost. Well she is now using far more electricity than before and her electricity bill is £500 p.m. for a 2 bed modern flat in which she only heats one bedroom. Sunflow really do not care. Answer was just turn the thermostats down. I was simply told turn the thermostats down. In fact they read the wrong temperature anyway. And surprise surprise, subsequent to Sunflower's response to my review there has been absolute silence. No contact, no help! To be fair they have now been in contact with some more detailed suggestions to improve the electricity usage.
WARNING!Do not use this company ! I purchased 4 radiators and 2 radiators for my mums total over £5k The first radiators installed, after being installed 10 months later looked scorched and my wall with discoloured paintwork . After contacting Sunflow 2 months later replacement radiators have been fitted , no compensation for damaged caused to the decor , no after sales / or follow up to the problem ! Here we are again 9 months later with the same problem !! Sunflow are claiming that the problem is dust from the carpet or flooring being trapped in the radiator itself and blowing onto the wall ! If you want discoloured wall and poor customer support then Sunflow is just for you ! I would like to post photos of the damage but I am unable to , if any customer has had the same problem I would love to hear from them !
Sunflow were very efficient and professional when fitting the radiators, and did an excellent job.
This is a slightly odd review because I have not purchased product from Sunflow. However the company visited today to describe their product and undertake a survey. I was impressed with the description of their radiators and was warming to the idea of installing them having initially been sceptical. But halfway through the survey it became clear that it would not be practical to go ahead because too many radiators would have been needed to support the product’s normal savings against our existing storage heaters. We live in a 435 year old property which isn’t very well insulated and has high vaulted ceilings. We were advised that we were best to stay with what we have. This compares with a competitor which I won’t name who came to similar conclusions about the number of radiators needed but were quick to scale back for the sake of making a sale when I refused to agree to the increased number …and got rather cross with me when I decided not to proceed. So full marks to Sunflow for being ethical enough to give me the right advice. My gut feel is that this is a company you can trust to deliver on their claims for their product
I was very disappointed with SunflowI booked 3 to be fitted in Nov they cancelled twice, I cancelled 2 as wanted them for Christmas. They fitted one two days ago. The radiator is fine but I’m horrified , they were here for one hour and charged over £400 for fitting one . Not a good outcome. Very disappointed. Jackie Eddy
Installed in early 2022, faulty radiator switch appeared in December 2023 and has been sorted after a couple of calls to customer service - Sophie in the department is great and very understanding. The heating system itself is easy to use and works for a small flat - I have the wifi enabled thermostats which are a nice plus.
Thank you Nick Felsing. I reached out to you for advice today and found you to be so knowledgeable,transparent and incredibly helpful. How I wish we had chosen Sunflow instead of a supplier that has mis-sold an unsuitable unaffordable electric system. Sunflow do not employ commission based sales people and adhere to ethical selling practices. This is really important as this particular industry is not regulated, do not opt for a leading brand without checking their reputation and customer satisfaction.
I love these radiators - they look fantastic and i love that now i can turn individual radiators on and off by each room rather than having to heat the whole house every time. the app works really well and the radiators really heat the rooms up. very pleased with the upgrade.

Went to see my mother in law yesterday day to sort out a problem with her Sunflow heating. Target temperature 8 degrees. Actually temperature 28.6 degrees. She rang sunflow and was told that there was a problem with the heater and someone would ring back to make an appointment. No phone call. My mother in law is in her 90’s. Not very well and having to put up with faulty heating running up massive bills. How high will this temperature go who knows. After sales service is nonexistent.
my 91 year old mum has got a problem with her Sunflow heating, among other things the thermostat isnt working in the living room, heating is belting out even tho the thermostat is set low, she's disabled and poorly with a temperature at the moment. She rang yesterday and he took down all the details of the problems and said he would call her back with an appointments. No phone call came. She rang them today to say she cant live like this was told there's nothing they can do and they may ring next week cos they're very busy. She has had a E mail asking her to now send them a copy of the warranty !!! surely they've got a copy of it , and, being 91 doesn't know how to do this. From reading the reviews I take its that Sunflow are very good at installing the system, but not good at dealing with problems, if they're too busy to see a 91 year old disabled lady maybe they should stop doing installations.

My message is simple: as a potential customer have no qualms about inviting Sunflow to do a survey. Marty did a survey for us and we were hugely impressed with his professionalism. Rare these days to meet someone so knowledgeable and passionate about the products and the company they work for. Marty was patient and skilled at explaining what could be a complex installation in simple and straightforward terms. Clearly on top of his game and most personable. A joy to meet and great ambassador for Sunflow. Sadly, it transpired that for us to go forward would require more electrical work than we anticipated. Nevertheless, we were left in no doubt about the quality of the products or the Sunflow team. I’ve never given a review for a company I’ve not contracted so that speaks for itself. Our loss could be your gain.

We booked in Sunflow for a visually impaired friend. The guys were brilliant. When they came to quote they discussed everything and there was no pressure. We booked in and they came in the morning. Took his old storage heaters away and put in the new radiators. You couldn’t even tell they’d been, no mess and even rang in the way home to double check we were habit with everything
