Jun 15,2024Tältet står inte emot någon vind. Stängerna flyger genast ur sina fästen. En retur är inte möjlig och man får inga pengar tillbaka, eftersom paketet måste vara "originalförpackat". Jag undrar hur man ska kunna testa en produkt i 14 dagar om den måste skickas tillbaka i originalskick. Otrevliga svar från kundtjänsten, om man nu kan kalla det kundtjänst.

Jun 10,2024Alles hat besten funktioniert, die Tel. Auskünfte waren Ok alle fragen wurden gut beantwortet. Die Lieferung kam schnell und Pünktlich. Die Poolüberdachung steht und wurde für gut befunden. Falls Ersatzteile benötigt werden wenden wir uns wieder an Sie. D.Piekny

Jun 08,2024Montage assez facile a l'instinct car la notice est mal faite. Manque de vrai photos. J'ai pris la L+ rien sur le montage du renfort final. Sinon pour le moment c'est jolie je suis entrain de remplir la piscine a voir dans le temps

Jun 06,2024Ma piscine est entourée d'arbres, du coup j'avais énormément de feuilles qui tombaient dans le bassin. Avec la SunnyTent plus de problèmes, l'eau du bassin est nickel, ce produit correspond parfaitement à mes besoins. En plus la température de l'eau du bassin est bien mieux maintenue.

Jun 06,2024Voor de eerste keer een tent voorzien voor het zwembad. Na 3 warmtepompen geprobeerd te hebben kwamen we terecht bij jullie. Na een zeer snel advies geantwoord te krijgen bestelden we meteen onze tent. De L versie. Het in elkaar krijgen was een stevige klus maar het resultaat is schitterend. Je voelt meteen dat de warmte binnen blijft, het is niet enkel handig voor het zwembad maar ook gewoon als je het frisjes krijgt 😄. Heeft al een ferme wind meegemaakt Na amper 3 dagen en deze houdt goed stand. Fijn dat er goeie haringen inzitten die diep in de grond kunnen. Enige minpunt. Het is enorm kras gevoelig ondanks dat we het plastic zelf niet aanraken. Kids zijn super blij en zullen nu altijd kunnen genieten van een warmer zwembad. De aankoopprijs is niet mals. Maar je hebt het zo terug verdiend als je het vergelijkt met een warmtepomp die constant je stroom verbruikt als een tankstation en je dus veel meer zal kosten. Zeker aan te raden :) En nogmaals bedankt voor de heel snelle reacties op onze vragen

Jun 03,2024I believe the pool dome to be a good product on the whole albeit a bit expensive & with a few flaws. But customer service left me unhappy. After 5 months of use, I had some breakages of the plastic pole connectors & 2 poles. & after packing the dome away i noticed all the plastic connectors had a bend in them from the curve of the dome, weakening them. which I would assume contributed to the breakages. I didn't use it the next year due to this but eagerly wanted to use it again this year. I accepted that I would have to buy a few replacement bits so contacted customer service. customer services started by blaming me for "subjecting the poles to considerable forces" , didn't even comment on the 5 broken plastic joining pieces & told me these poles are discontinued & all replacement parts sold out & advised me to purchase an upgraded pole set instead. He could have handled it much more professionally but instead the reply came across as, rude & arrogant & got my back up. Upgraded pole set? I would guess this is because the old pole set was flawed. I experienced several breakages in the 5 months of use & poles joined together loosely in the connectors so an upgrade that improves these flaws is wise. But It seems they washed their hands of the old pole design & customer services opt to do nothing about it but blame you & tell you to buy a new upgrade set. They even commented with a sarcastic little "ps.. bent plastic pieces don't change their functionality" Yes it does. The curve tension of the dome bending the plastic pieces so they end up with a permanent curve weakens them obviously. 5 of mine broke & Im sure they were all bent before they snapped. I was told the discontinued replacement parts sold out & so I guess I'm not the only one to experience them snapping. If they feel risking their reputation & burning bridges with customers over small issues is good for their business, then good luck to them I was a fan of sunnytent but after dealing with customer services I would not buy from them again as I believe you will be met with blame the customer mentality & wriggle out of customer service & just advise you to buy parts for problems you face, even small ones

Jun 03,2024Érthető weboldal, nagyon gyors kiszállitás és kommunikáció. A termék nagyon praktikus, ez a második amit veszünk. 26-32 fokos a viz a sátor alatt, csak a naptól és ki se hül pár napos hűvös időben, semmi bogár, falevél stb nem kerül bele a medencébe. Télen is fenn hagyható, mert nagy macera szétszedni, elrakni. Vizes hóesést nem bírja, össze kell csukni ha esik.
