Had to call Sunrise due to a problem with my deck awning they installed a couple years ago with an issue of it not retracting. Sunrise called me back to state that they could attend next day in the morning, which they did. The problem was diagnosed, resolved & the awnings functioning fine again. Leaving this review for anyone considering a really good quality awning or blind, which can be a significant cost.. It is only as good as the support your going to get from the company installing if anything happens after that. If that is the promise your made at time of purchase, pre installation, then you will not be disappointed with the service you receive from Sunrise if you go with them. Highly recommended.
We have used SunRise Blinds & Conservatories Ltd for the supply and installation of all our blind requirements for many years and always been pleased with the products and service, so much so, that we've never gone anywhere else for a quote or supply. However, our recent experience, has been less than satisfactory. When I heard nothing after 3 weeks after placing our order, I made contact and was told it was booked in to be fitted (6 weeks after my original order date), I said I wasn't really happy with that and eventually they fitted it after 5 weeks (yesterday). The communication wasn't customer friendly either. After the blind was fitted yesterday, I asked about payment and I was told by the fitter that he didn't have a card machine and could I pay by either phoning the office or by bank transfer. As I was working, I opted to do the Bank Transfer option. I went to pay last night, in fact I had entered all the details online, but then I asked my husband if had checked it to make sure everything was okay before I did the payment. So I aborted the payment and we went upstairs to look. When we looked, the material looked totally different to the sample I had taken a photo of. So I immediately wrote to SunRise Blinds to query it and then held off the payment. Later in the evening when I went up and the blind was in a different light (after dark) I could see actually the material was the same, so I immediately came down and emailed again saying to ignore my previous email and that I would sort the payment in due course. This morning I was in the process of making a payment when an email popped up from SunRise Blinds, saying that payment was due immediately after installation. I was shocked by the response, no politeness in responding to my last email, just demanding payment. Sorry, but you have lost our business, albeit not a big impact to you, but really you need improve your customer service and be more polite to your customers - Anne!!! Very disappointed, not the same customer service we've received in the past. Be assured we will not be a returning customer. My rating is based on the poor customer service and slow turn around time.
Just had sunshine blinds in to fit skylight roof blinds in garden room. The lads were in and out in no time. Done a brilliant job I would highly recommend 👍

We purchased 24 large blinds in one go, for a new office building. The blinds have been in regular use now for over 4 years and they still look immaculate and brand new. Excellent product and so glad we used SunRise Blinds.
Absolutely fabulous service from start to finish a big shout out should go to Anne who arranges everything for you and was brilliant with date changes I needed to do. I have had blinds fitted recently throughout of varing colours and size and I have been extremely impressed. I couldn't recommend them enough to do exactly what you require professionally and to an extremely high standard.

Absolutely happy with the service received from the whole team who were extremely experienced, very patient with our changes of mind and innovative in finding attractive and functional solutions for some unusual shaped windows. Communication was excellent and Danny and Dale were quick, clean and very professional on the day of fitting. I will start on a positive note. In June 2022 The initial fitting of 16 Woodstyle Venetian Blinds throughout our home was carried out in a professional and friendly manner (mainly dealing with Tristan) and we were happy with the installation and the choice of product. However, upon closer inspection of the blinds it was noticed that there were what can only be described as pockmarks that were evident on most of the blinds that had been fitted. Despite several attempts to rectify this (March/April 2023) with some replacements we have not been able to completely eradicate the problem! In essence some blinds have been replaced, some taken apart with the cord being burnt/cut to accommodate new slats with no pockmarks! This is hardly professional or satisfactory! Sadly this has been on-going for around 15 months now and coupled with long periods (months and months) of no communication and no explanations on what was happening has left us extremely disappointed, angry and bemused by the whole affair. In summary, yes, we have now finally negotiated (by way of a phone call which came totally out of the blue) a reduction in our final bill but sadly it does not eradicate the negative aspect of the overall service. To date the company have not written to us to apologise for the appalling after service following initial supply and installation, explain the length of time it has taken to reach this point, the lack of communication and finally why attempts to rectify the pockmarked blinds with newly supplied ones proved fruitless! Poor, very poor!
Love this company they are also so friendly and helpful. Great service , lots of fabrics, beautifully made and Dale is just fantastic at fitting them taking so much time and care to make sure they hang beautifully. I have used them for 4 rooms now .
