The personalisation was simple and easy to follow, with clear tips on how to get the best resolution. Delivery was super quick too! I will definitely be buying from Super Socks again!

Jun 16,2024Ordered socks for Father’s Day, paid £6.99 for next day delivery. It is now nearly a week since I placed the order…no sign of the socks and therefore no Father’s Day gift. Did get a refund for the next day delivery charge but no idea when the product is actually going to arrive. When tracking the item it is still stating they haven’t been dispatched. First time ordering and I really wouldn’t order again

Jun 16,2024Product still not arrived. Still zero contact from customer services. Birthday now gone by without the present despite paying extra for the fast delivery. Still no confidence that the delivery of the product will happen. Terrible / non existent customer service.

Jun 15,2024Extremely disappointing experience. Ordered the socks for a birthday gift, paid the extra for speedy delivery. DPD delivery service has completely let the side down, it’s now way over the delivery date and has missed the birthday. I’ve contacted Super Socks 3 times now over the period of a week and had zero response despite the promise of a 12 hour reply. I appreciate sometimes things go wrong but to completely blank your customer and provide zero support or response is inexcusable. Shows a lack of respect for the customer. So current status is that I have not received what I paid for but Super Socks have my cash and are not responding to my support requests.

Jun 14,2024On website it says next day delivery, which I paid. It arrived after 5 or so days instead. No problem if this would be correctly stated. I also contacted the sellers directly after my order to enquire about this, still no answer. Not a good service.

Jun 13,2024Really poor customer service! Not only did I find another person's face on a t-shirt I'd purchased but I 'won' a competition ironically from that t-shirt and have had to chase and chase for the voucher.

Jun 17,2024They look really cool 😎. Glad I paid a bit extra for the faster postage than the standard ones. The photos came out really clean on the socks. And Dad loved them for Fathers Day. Will look to buy these again for a different occasion.
