Jan 15,2025I ordered two pairs of socks on the 10th of December. The selected delivery option stated: 'Arrives within 10 working days'. The order was dispatched on the 18th. I understand this is a custom product and can not be shipped immediately, but this 'production' time should be included in the delivery time or stated somewhere during the ordering process. Regardless, the socks arrived at customs on the 3rd of January, a day after the e-mail reminder (not the 1st one) to write this review. I finally received the socks on the 10th of January, a month after ordering them. I understand this was during the holiday season, but it's not like the holidays suddenly appeared out of nowhere. The socks are great, but unfortunately holiday themed.
