Jan 03,2024Quick delivery and fun socks but the quality is fairly poor. Worn once and the colour and pattern has worn off on the heels. Slightly frustrating as they were a gift.

Jan 02,2024Really poor experience. Understandably there would be delays due to xmas and new years. However, order was made on the just over two ago and has not arrived. Reached out to query the order and was told it had been sent and was with delivery partner. Still no delivery to date. Really disappointed. Would like a refund please.

Jan 02,2024My niece and husband flew back from Hawaii for Christmas. They did not want any presents due to them having to take them home. I wanted to buy them a little gift so I googled personalised socks and super socks came to my attention. I sent them a photo of my nieces dogs face and they were delivered within 5 days and are great. They were really surprised and delighted with them as were the other members of my family as Merlin’s face had come out perfect. A great gift!

Jan 01,2024Extremely disappointed. Customer service went back on their word about changing the photo arrangement, which delayed my order so it didn't arrive in time. And even worse, after all that hassle, the sock arrived misprinted, with one of the pet faces missing. I requested 6 pet faces which is probably why they messed it up, but they shouldn't offer the option if it can't be fulfilled.
