Apr 06,2024Customer service was non existent. The proposed delivery date came and went. I tried to contact them via shop app - no response. Email - no response. Facebook - no response. Put a refund request in via PayPal. No response until the PayPal deadline when they sent us a tracking number for shipping. It still took them an additional week for them for the parcel to be received by Australia post. Finally received the item almost 3 months after purchasing, with zero explanation for the delay or acknowledgement of our attempts to contact.

Apr 05,2024Ordered on 8/2, only received on 2/4, nearly 2 months with no email no updates. Contacted on 4/3 said should be out within 5 days due to warehouse relocation. Price is good but delivery is so disappointing
