However, the entire process is very slow— it took about eight days to receive my order. The return process was even worse. They used the highly inefficient DHL, and it took twelve days for the package to reach the store, and another five days for the refund to be processed. So, a considerable amount of money was tied up for quite a long time before I got it back. It really depends on your situation. If you're sure about the product and the right size, it's a great choice. But if you're unsure whether you’ll need to return or exchange it, I would recommend not taking the risk.

Feb 04,2025Esperienza tutto sommato soddisfacente. Molta cura nel pacco e nell’imballaggio. Maggiore attenzione alle specifiche del prodotto e alle foto pubblicate negli articoli del sito. La spedizione interminabile: assicurano che il pacco arrivi tra 8-10 giorni ma non è stato così. Ho ordinato il 16 gennaio ed è arrivato il 30 gennaio. L’articolo che ho acquistato è originale e il prezzo più che ottimo.

It’s relatively unknown in my country and it doesn’t have many reviews.. still, I decided to trust them and I was able to get my pants at a steal! Good prices, fast shipping (only took 4 working days) and good customer service.

Ho mandato indietro delle scarpe per taglia troppo grande (errore mio), a costo zero, dopo poco mi hanno rimando le scarpe giuste al prezzo super scontato a cui le avevo acquistate un mese prima. Un po’ lunghe le consegne, ma il servizio clienti ti aggiorna in tempo reale. Davvero bravi!
