Feb 22,2024Its really unfortunate that this is the tactic used these days to waste people's time and money. I was told this was "an old fashion Networking Event" which is most certainly is not. Its a sales pitch. I was contacted by Rachel Flynn and Chad Ward with the NREA (National Real Estate Association) which I had never even heard of before today. After spending the last nearly 4 hours researching I cant find ANYTHING on the whole of the internet with their names associated with the NREA or this event. I can barely find anything even related to the NREA other than a bunch of stuff about the Phillipines. I was going to go to this event. even signed up for the eventbrite. Thats when I figured out what this REALLY is, which amounts to a Kirby Vacuum mixed with a get rich quick Globe Life Event. Displeased with the waste of my day. I hope my seat isnt replaced with another rube.
