May 23,2024As i used tango from last few months me and wife i had 3 transfers previously and it was all oky butI am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Tango Pay regarding my recent transaction . Despite being assured that the funds would be credited in the recipient account they took 7 days to revert my payment. The delay has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no clear communication or resolution provided.

May 18,2024I can certainly say that Tango pay is the best their rates are best compare to other companies and Tango pay's money transfer time is quick as well. Since i am using Tango pay i don't want to send money with other companies. One thing i would like to say that Tango pay's system does not support RDA accounts.I hope that tango pay going to look in to this matter and sortout this problem.Because i tried to send money in my RDA accounts but i was not successful so i hope their service remains good as usual now.
