Aug 30,2023I ordered a coat from Germany, but it is the wrong size. On the website you offer free shipping for returns. Now I have got your message, that you don’t do this for overseas. “You have to pay yourself for the return!” was the answer ! This is not a fair and good behaviour. I wanted an exchange in another size. Not now! Never again with Target dry!

There was a fault with the first purchase, but this was rectified quickly and without quibble, so I had no qualms about ordering from the company again. The only problem this time was Royal Mail claiming that my order would be delivered on a particular day, even though the tracking information showed that the parcel was still in Northern Ireland on the day in question. This is clearly not Target Dry's fault. I would order from this company again
