May 14,2023Smooth process, fast delivery which you would expect as you pay for it. I bought 2 neon coloured Mac in a Sac kids waterproof coats. Great sale price, but they are super small made. Not true to sizes shown on website. I bought. 8-10 and 11-13 years. Absolutely tiny. My daughter is 10, 11-13 way too small. Fits my 7 year old. This is such a pity as they love the coats.

It had to go straight back. Refund received promptly so no concerns there. Would have expected better quality control however.

Apr 15,2023The new material wasn't mentioned on the website, it's lighter and it's tighter...as though you were trying to save a few bob by decreasing the measurements. So it's not as comfortable, it's not as warm and it doesn't look thorn-proof. Why fix what isn't broken?
