May 14,2024Sent email stating jacket was not measurement on size guide xxl=128cm, asking if wrong item sent in correct carry bag or if size chart was wrong, asked to send back FOC so it could be checked, no explanation just a refund, would of liked to know problem in case I could have a correct replacement or if size chart was wrong, too much to ask obviously!
