Jul 15,2022Staff is rude and assuming that company managing directors are just doing nothing and not knowing how to run their businesses. Receptionist is also rude. I have recently asked two weeks for basic information on due date for annual accounts which they were legally obliged to provide and no helpful answer, I was basically told to wait and that they’ll do it whenever they get to it. When I have escalated to the manager she has ignored my messages despite sending her follow ups. Then I got a text message one evening urging me to provide them a bank statement from the year before. I did as asked by going to the office logging into our bank and as my evening was disrupted I assumed that the text was because they’ve asked before on email. No, they didn’t. They went straight for urgent demands on text, outside of office hours. When I got the chance to finally ask why they said urgent, the manager said it wasn’t urgent, the accounts are not due for another month! Simply rude. No business sense whatsoever. When I complained that late demands by text to ask last year bank account are not on, the same manager had the audacity to say “it’s not that complicated, all your had to do was just go on your app on the phone and get that statement for us”. No. I don’t use business accounts apps on my phone. And I don’t appreciate urgent demands by text when there’s no need. You’d think their clients work for them!
