My experience from beginning to end was so smooth which was down to my consultant Georgia who is absolutely amazing!!! After registering with Tay and speaking with Georgia, I was placed in a temp role shortly after. She checked in with me regularly to see how I was getting on and kept in communication throughout the whole time which really stood out for me. The whole team at Tay Associates are so lovely and professional who really listen & care about what you’re looking for. Nov 13,2019Everyone I met there were really friendly, open and honest throughout the whole process, I never felt guilty if I mentioned I didn't like the sound of a particular role, which I've felt at other recruiters. In less than a month I was placed in a fantastic role! They've kept in contact since to make sure I've settled in and are still responsive even after getting me a role! Very thoughtful and helpful team to work with!

Dec 07,2024I was contacted by Claire at Tay Associates, she said she was looking at my profile and would I be interested in a role she was managing for a high profile client. After a few minutes I could really feel that Claire knew exactly what the client needed and really helped me understand how it would be a good position to put myself forward. Claire also spent a lot of time explaining how the client operated and what type of personality would be a good fit etc , after looking at the JD and the company and what was on offer I feel that I may not have had the experience approaching directly and I had nothing but positive vibes and encouragement and speedy responses and updates from Claire and as it was quite a long interview process Claire was again so helpful and I trusted her judgement. So after several stages I was successful and I can't thank Tay Associates and especially Claire she has restored my belief that there are good people out there who genuinely want to help both sides achieve what they need. and after several months of looking I have secured a really decent position and decent benefits, I wish I had Tay Associates details several months ago but I can hugely recommend this company if your looking or thinking of looking give them a try. On a personal note, thanks Claire for all your help.
